Masses of the Undone presents large-scale figurative works examining masculinity's role in Western art and contemporary identity. Drawing inspiration from classical representations of the male figure in art history, the works transform familiar images through precise anatomical structures and processes of erasure, abstraction, and reconstruction.
Bringing viewers into the composition, the works invite reflection on notions of strength and vulnerability, and on how masculinity has been celebrated, overlooked, and redefined across historical and contemporary contexts.
